Cheryl is a thought leader, presenter and author who is working to raise the bar for innovative PR that drives business growth. Since 1986 she has led PR programs for companies ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 1000 organizations such as Altiris/Symantec, Lexmark, O.C. Tanner Institute and Novell. She is a Forbes.com contributor and has been featured in The Huffington Post and The Wall Street Journal. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brigham Young University.

Mark is a veteran public relations practitioner with advanced experience in marketing and ecommerce. Mark helps companies increase revenue, enhance their brand and improve customer acquisition and retention through strategic marketing and PR plans. Mark has led successful campaigns for Naartjie Kids, as well as, in the technology and retail industries for TechMediaNetwork (now Purch), NextPage and WiLife. Mark is accredited in PR by the Public Relations Society of America. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Brigham Young University.

Lauren provides image development services for SnappConner PR. She is the trusted image advisor to CEOs, corporations and individuals worldwide. Her ability to take each individual’s unique message from the inside and express it authentically and effectively on the outside has transformed the lives of clients around the globe. Lauren is the former VP of Professional Image Development at Chase Manhattan Bank and author of Image Matters! She holds an MBA in Management from New York University.
With 20+ years of public relations experience, Shannon has built her reputation on her strength in media relations across several market sectors including travel/tourism, technology and healthcare. She has served in both agency and corporate roles, including senior vice president at Weber Shandwick, one of the largest agencies in the world. Recruited to lead the PR program for a Global Hotel Group account at Weber Shandwick, she also drove visibility for other travel and tourism business, including the City of New Orleans/New Orleans CVB, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, and Bahamas Ministry of Tourism. Prior to WS, Shannon served as senior director of global communications for iBAHN, a technology company that provided internet to the hospitality industry, where she partnered with organizations including Marriott International, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Accor Hotels and Hyatt to create visibility for the company’s properties and services.
Shannon joined SnappConner PR in 2017 as account director, working on a broad range of clients, including Explore Utah Valley, CenterCal Properties, and others.
Paul is a senior communications executive, presenter and storyteller working to bring goodwill to organizations and make a positive difference in the community.
His past experience includes the Salt Lake City Mayor's Office, Rocky Mountain Power, Utah Attorney General’s Office, KTVX-TV, KSTU-TV and the National AMBER Alert Training Program. Paul is the past president of the Utah chapters of the Public Relations Society and Society of Professional Journalists. He initiated the Utah AMBER Alert and other programs to help victims of trafficking and domestic violence.
Kenady provides PR account support, social media expertise and digital marketing campaign services to SnappConner PR and its roster of clients. Prior to joining SnappConner, her work has been showcased by a number of companies including Monkey Bar Storage and Great Harvest Bread. She holds a bachelors degree in public relations from BYU Idaho where she held key roles in PRSSA and in the university's Soapbox Agency.
Cori provides administrative support to the firm, particularly to the CEO. Cori came to SnappConner PR with more than 30 years in office management, accounting, sales and marketing. Her success in administrative support comes from her strong organization skills, work ethic and passion to help others.
Amy Osmond Cook
Amy is a seasoned writer and marketer with 20 years of experience in writing, publishing, public relations and print/web design. In addition to her role with SnappConner PR, she is the CEO of Osmond Marketing, a full-service content marketing firm that creates and manages web, design and content assets for clients such as Sea World, North American Health Care, Workfront and Outbox Systems. She is currently a health columnist for the Orange County Register, Daily Herald and Family Share. Amy received her Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from the University of Utah and has been featured in publications such as People Magazine, USA Today, and Forbes.
Vic is co-founder of SnappConner PR and has served as financial director since the company’s inception in 2007. Prior to SnappConner PR, he served as an investment consultant for Prudential and Everen Securities, and as an investment strategy coach for TruNorth Academy. Vic holds a degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix.
Neal is a seasoned entrepreneur who has led companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500s. His greatest strength lies in helping to grow small and private enterprises for maximum success. He is a contributor to The Huffington Post on issues of small and growing businesses. In addition to his role with SnappConner PR, Neal serves as Managing Director of Qazztek, LLC, a consulting company that provides strategic and financial advice to businesses throughout the U.S.
